Guidelines - Barangay Clearance
A Barangay Clearance is an official document from the barangay office. It certifies information about a resident, such as:
• Proof of residency
• Good moral character
• Financial or employment status
• Renewal of permits

How to Get Barangay Clearance Using the System:
1. Check Cedula:
• If you already have a cedula, proceed to schedule an appointment.
• If not, select Cedula along with Barangay Clearance.
2. Set Appointment:
• Go to Schedule Appointment.
• Choose Personal or for your Child.
• Pick your Date and Time Slot.
3. Select Certificate:
• Choose Barangay Clearance.
• Select the Purpose.
• Click the plus (+) button to add the certificate.
4. Submit:
• Click Submit Schedule.
• Wait for approval from the barangay revenue staff.

Requirements

Bring with you as you go to barangay the valid ID or any proof of residency.

Guidelines - A Barangay Indigency Certificate is an official document from the barangay office. It certifies that a resident is indigent and may be used for:
• Medical assistance
• Educational assistance
• Legal purposes
• Other government or private aid programs
How to Get a Barangay Indigency Certificate Using the System:
1. Check Cedula:
• If you already have a cedula, proceed to schedule an appointment.
• If not, select Cedula along with the Barangay Indigency Certificate.
2. Set Appointment:
• Go to Schedule Appointment.
• Choose Personal or for your Child.
• Pick your Date and Time Slot.
3. Select Certificate:
• Choose Barangay Indigency Certificate.
• Select the Purpose.
• Click the plus (+) button to add the certificate.
4. Submit:
• Click Submit Schedule.
• Wait for approval from the barangay revenue staff.

Requirements

What to Bring as you pay for your certificate at the Barangay Revenue Office
• Valid government ID (and Birth Certificate for minors/dependents).
• Proof of residency (Barangay ID, voter’s record, utility bill in your/guardian’s name).
• Supporting income proof, if available (e.g., Affidavit of No Income, payslips showing low income, termination letter).
• Community Tax Certificate (Cedula) (sometimes required).
• Authorization letter & IDs if someone else is claiming the certificate for you.

How to Get a Barangay Residency Certificate Using the System:
1. Check Cedula:

• Proof of Residency (Certificate from the homeowner’s association or Affidavit of the landlord)
• Residency Duration (Kadugayon sa imong pag puyo sa Barangay Bugo at least 6 months)

Guidelines - How to Get a Cedula Using the System:
1. Schedule an Appointment:
• Go to Schedule Appointment.
• Choose Personal or for your Child.
• Pick your Date and Time Slot.
2. Select Certificate(s):
• Choose Cedula (Community Tax Certificate).
• You may also add other certificates (like Barangay Clearance) in the same schedule if needed.
• Select the Purpose and click the plus (+) button to add.
3. Submit:
• Click Submit Schedule.
• Wait for approval from the barangay revenue staff.

Guidelines - How to Get the First-Time Job Seeker Certificate:
1. Prepare Requirements:
• Secure your Barangay Residency and Cedula.
2. Proceed to BESO:
• Once you have both documents, you can go directly to the BESO Department to request the certificate.
• No need to book another online appointment.
3. If Time is Limited:
• If you already have the two requirements but cannot process the certificate immediately,
• You may schedule an appointment online to request the First-Time Job Seeker Certificate later.
